This webinar reviewed typical estate planning issues for single and married persons that evolved after the 2010 Tax Act was passed. The 2010 Tax Act made major changes to federal estate tax laws. This presentation explored how the increased exemption amount affects existing estate plans, the continuing role for trusts, how the portability of the exemption amount can be used by married couples, and related planning issues.
