As part of our efforts to continually improve the service we provide, we are happy to offer our clients a personalized
online portal to house their documents. The client portal helps to minimize risks associated with sending files back and forth
and instead houses the document on a secure file portal, allowing you to view these documents wherever you have
internet access. The ease of collaboration and availability of documents will improve the efficiency of our service efforts
and provide a more productive experience for us and our clients.

FAQ


What is the portal used for?
With the client portal, you can now have access to tax returns, financial statements, and any other documents (i.e. research memos or corporate organization documents) that you request us to "publish" to your portal in a personalized, secure online database. It also allows you, the client, to upload documents like workpapers or brokerage statements.

How does it work?
We will set up individual usernames and passwords for all individuals that you request them for. Those individuals will then receive a user guide from us via email with instructions on how to log on to the portal. Support for our portal is available via email at portal@macpas.com. In the initial set up stages, we can discuss which documents you would like published to your portal. At your request, we can publish any additional documents to the portal.

An online portal, is that secure?
Actually, our online portal, with its authentication process, is more secure than sending documents via email. We will work with our clients to ensure that organizations with various users have their accounts reviewed on a regular basis to ensure access is only granted to intended parties.

Is the portal for all M&A clients?
YES! The portal is available for all clients, both business and individual, regardless of the services we perform.

How much does portal access cost?
Nothing! The portal makes doing business more efficient and effective for M&A and our clients. It is just another tool we use to serve our clients.
