McKonly & Asbury named Best Place to Work in PA

HARRISBURG, PA – McKonly & Asbury LLP has been named one of the Best Places to Work in PA for 2009!  This great achievement comes as the sixth time in seven years that McKonly & Asbury has made this challenging list.  The honor, judged and bestowed by the Best Companies Group, requires innovative approaches to managing the workplace.   

With over 75% of the scoring for this increasingly competitive award coming from direct survey of all employees, companies who achieve this honor must hold their employees as their most important asset.  McKonly & Asbury has participated in the awards program since 2003.  "It's one of our primary goals as a firm," said Terry Harris, Managing Partner.  "We believe that selecting for talent and training great managers leads to an engaged team."

The Best Places to Work in PA program was created in 2000 and it was the first of its kind offered by a state.
