Construction Industry Seminar – October 28

HARRISBURG, PA – Join McKonly & Asbury, LLP for a seminar focused on updates and matters affecting the Construction Industry taking place on Thursday, October 28, 2010, at the Holiday Inn – New Cumberland (148 Sheraton Drive, New Cumberland, PA).

Registration starts at 12:30pm and the seminar will take place from 1:00pm - 4:00pm. We will also be hosting a networking mixer after the seminar at the hotel's Elephant & Castle Pub and Restaurant from 4:00pm – 5:30pm.

You'll walk away from this seminar knowing more about key construction issues. McKonly & Asbury will discuss establishing solid financial controls and proposed changes to construction revenue recognition and how it will impact contractors. E.K. McConkey will take the mystery out of surety bond credit analysis and offer an inside look at universal underwriting guidelines. Reager & Adler, PC will focus on getting paid through the assertion of mechanics liens and payment bond claims.
