Brooks, Nissley, Skrinak named Principals; McKonly & Asbury Announces Other Promotions

HARRISBURG, PA – Elizabeth Brooks, CPA, Elaine Nissley, MBA, CISA, PMP, CCSA, CICA, and Jason Skrinak, CPA have been promoted to Principal, effective January 1, 2010.

Elizabeth joined M&A in 1996 and has over thirteen years of extensive audit and consulting experience in the affordable housing industry. She specializes in providing services to our affordable housing clients. Elizabeth is a key leader of M&A's Affordable Housing Team and a main contributor to M&A's Affordable Housing Gurus blog.

Elaine joined M&A in 2005 with more than twenty years of experience in internal audit, system control reviews, and project management for large health insurance companies. She currently provides risk management consulting services to our clients and is the leader of M&A's Risk Management Services group. Elaine is also a main contributor to M&A's The RMC Advisors blog.

Jason joined M&A in 2007, having previously spent over eleven years with an international accounting firm representing taxpayers before Pennsylvania's Board of Appeals and Board of Finance and Revenue and assisting taxpayers in various state and local tax issues. Jason assists M&A's clients with any state and local tax issue and is the leader of M&A's State and Local Tax practice.
