Blocher, Russell named Principals, McKonly & Asbury LLP Announces other promotions.

HARRISBURG, PA –Joining new Partner, Mark Heath in the ranks of the senior leadership of the firm will be two principals. Eric Blocher, CPA / CVA and Cecilia Russell (FOS) are promoted to Principal effective January 1st, 2009.

Eric joined M&A in 1990, making him one of the longest tenured members of our team. He's been an important part of the firm’s growth over that time serving clients in the audit segment, as well as anchoring McKonly & Asbury's Business Valuation service team.

Cecilia Russell is a 2008 addition to our affiliate company – Financial Outsourcing Solutions (FOS) having previously served as an internal audit director in industry. Her addition to the FOS team has helped spur our continued growth, and she will be taking on an even more critical role as a senior leader serving FOS's clients.

Additional promotions effective January 1st, are as follows.
