June Webinar – Sales & Use Tax: A Different Approach
McKonly & Asbury is pleased to announce our next webinar entitled “Sales & Use Tax: A Different Approach” which is taking place on Thursday, June 25, 2015.
Oftentimes, companies consider sales and use tax to be an inconsequential cost of doing business. Accordingly, little time is spent in planning for sales and use tax opportunities and deficiencies, until an audit or some other issue occurs. Even so, it’s never too late to explore sales and use tax opportunities and/or exposure issues, but the best time is before an auditor shows up at your organization’s front door.
This webinar will be presented by Jason Skrinak (Principal) and Mike Eby (Manager) of McKonly & Asbury’s State and Local Tax group. They will explain the advantages of having an expert review your company’s sales & use tax transactions. In addition, the presentation will focus on opportunities that potentially exist for obtaining refunds of sales and use tax already paid by your organization.
During this webinar, attendees will:
- Learn about sales & use tax.
- Understand the advantages of having an expert review your sales & use tax transactions
- Understand how to obtain refunds of sales & use tax already paid
