McKonly & Asbury began their affordable housing relationship with Presbyterian Senior Living (PSL) in 2005 by assisting PSL prepare their first Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Application. That application won an award of credits and, in the years since then, McKonly & Asbury has led the application process for PSL, during which time, PSL has been awarded ten tax credit allocations. McKonly & Asbury has provided all of the 10% Test and Development Cost Certification services required by the tax credit awards. Additionally, McKonly & Asbury provides annual audit and tax preparation not only for the tax credit properties previously mentioned, but for an additional eight tax credit properties that have been acquired by PSL, as well as their HUD properties.
