Internship Program

McKonly & Asbury's Internship Program is designed to give you a feel for what it is like to work at McKonly & Asbury. These semester-long posts allow students to put their education to use and include training and use of various software packages including specific audit and tax software.

This is a paid position.

We anticipate that the internship would include the following:

• Completion of “mock audit workpapers and tax return” (part of our orientation program for entry level staff accountants). This includes review notes by a supervisor.
• Assistance in audit planning for fiscal year audit clients.
• Participation in audit or other client service field work.
• Other accounting-related projects.

We will accept applications through October 31, 2009 for 2010 internship. Interviews will be conducted in October and November with a final decision made by November 23, 2009.
